Individual Therapy
Empowerment Through Self-Discovery

Individual therapy offers a space to better understand the patterns, stressors, and challenges that may be affecting your day-to-day life. People often seek therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or periods of transition that feel difficult to navigate on their own.
I work with adults and young adults and serve as a part-time faculty member at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy, with attention to how past experiences and underlying patterns shape current thoughts, emotions, and ways of relating to others.
Many individuals come to treatment feeling stuck in repetitive patterns or unsure how to make sense of their reactions. Therapy provides an opportunity to examine these patterns more closely, develop greater awareness, and move toward more intentional and less reactive ways of responding.
The focus of the work is to support increased clarity, improved emotional regulation, and more effective ways of managing both internal experiences and external demands, while helping individuals move out of repetitive patterns that can be difficult to shift.
Sessions are offered in person in downtown Boston as well as via secure Zoom for clients in Massachusetts and New York
